Supportable Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Prohibited Activities

• Illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activity; violating HIPAA, HITECH, or applicable privacy laws.
• Infringing content or activity; attempts to reverse engineer, probe, or bypass security controls.
• Spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk outreach without valid consent; improper email configuration.
• Use of stolen, compromised, or disposable identities to create accounts; automated signups without authorization.

Platform Abuse & Rate Limits

Customers must honor published or product-embedded rate limits. Supportable may throttle or suspend abusive traffic.

Security

Customers must implement reasonable safeguards for credentials and endpoints, promptly patch critical vulnerabilities, and notify Supportable of suspected account compromise.

PHI Handling

PHI may only be uploaded where a BAA with Supportable is in effect.

Enforcement

Supportable may investigate violations, suspend access, or terminate accounts to protect the Service and other users.
