Hello, my name is Beau Jeffrey. I am Chief Operating Officer here at Supportable and I’m here today to give you a comprehensive walkthrough of Supportable as a way of helping you understand what Supportable is and what it brings to the table for your business.
So what is Supportable?
We are a CRM that is built for Behavioral Health with Behavioral Health businesses in mind. A CRM, or Customer Relations Management tool, is broadly defined as a technology that enables practices or businesses to manage their interactions with customers and potential customers with the primary goal in mind to improve relationships with customers to foster growth bring in business and and and revenue. So, in your line of work you have two types of customers: those being referred to you who are your potential clients, and those who make referrals to you who are your business contacts or referral sources. And we believe that your CRM really needs to handle both.
The problem with traditional CRMs is that they are built to capture a broad landscape of industries and really don’t have an understanding or get into depth of the specific needs of a behavioral health business as a way of bringing in new clients.
